酉时吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴治疗乳腺癌化疗失眠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨酉时吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴治疗乳腺癌患者化疗期间失眠的疗效。方法以2019年1月至2020年1月广州中医药大学顺德医院肿瘤科收治的80例乳腺癌化疗失眠患者为研究对象,按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。两组均实施乳腺癌中医护理方案,对照组在19∶00~21∶00给予吴茱萸贴敷双侧涌泉穴,观察组在17∶00~19∶00(酉时)给予吴茱萸贴敷双侧涌泉穴,两组均以7天为一个治疗疗程,4个疗程后分别对其临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分进行统计分析。结果对照组总有效率为70.0%,观察组疗效总有效率为87.5%,两组患者的疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组;治疗后,对照组与观察组的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍及总分评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),酉时吴茱萸贴敷涌泉穴的睡眠质量优于对照组。结论酉时吴茱萸贴敷双侧涌泉穴治疗乳腺癌患者化疗期间的失眠疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Evodia rutaecarpa sticking Yongquan point in Youshi(the period of the day from 5 p.m.to 7 p.m)on insomnia of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients with breast cancer chemotherapy insomnia admitted to the oncology department of Shunde hospital of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were enrolled in the study.According to the random number table,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Breast cancer TCM nursing program was implemented in both groups.In the control group,Evodia rutaecarpa was applied to Yongquan acupoint on both sides during 19∶00-21∶00,and in the observation group,Evodia rutaecarpa was applied to Yongquan acupoint on both sides at Youshi(17∶00-19∶00).Both groups took 7 days as a treatment course,after 4 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%,and that of the observation group was 87.5%,difference in curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect in the observation group was superior to that of the control group.After treatment,difference of the sleep quality,sleep latency,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime dysfunction and total score between the control group and the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep quality of Youshi Evodia rutaecarpa sticking Yongquan point was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Evodia rutaecarpa sticking Yongquan point in Youshi in the treatment of insomnia of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy is significant,safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
