摘  要:2016-2018年以抗病亲本魇掉尾和感病亲本铭贤169配制组合,获得各世代材料,选用2个条锈菌生理小种(菌系)对魇掉尾进行苗期抗条锈病鉴定和遗传分析。结果表明,魇掉尾对条锈菌菌系中4-1的抗性由1对隐性基因控制,对生理小种CYR32的抗性由2对隐性重叠或独立基因控制。建议在甘肃陇南小麦抗病育种中加以利用。In 2016-2018,combination of disease-resistant parents and disease-affected parents mingxian169 was used to obtain materials for each generation.Two physiological species(strains)of stripe rust were selected for identification and genetic analysis of resistance to stripe rust at seedling stage.The results showed that the resistance in the Yandiaowei to strain Zhong 4-1 was controlled by one recessive gene,and the resistance to race CYR32 by two independent or duplicate recessive genes.It is suggested to use it in disease resistance wheat breeding of longnan in Gansu province.
