摘　　要：目的分析静脉溶栓治疗伴有心房颤动的急性脑梗死患者的疗效。方法纳入2018年6月~2020年1月我院的66例伴有心房颤动的急性脑梗死患者进行讨论,分为观察组和对照组,对照组应用常规治疗,观察组予静脉溶栓治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者总有效率数据93.94%(31例)较之于对照组的72.73%(24例)更高,组间数据差异显著,P<0.05。结论静脉溶栓治疗伴有心房颤动急性脑梗死疗效显著,可以改善预后,降低不良事件发生率,值得使用。Objective To analyze the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis for acute cerebral infarction patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods 66 patients with acute cerebral infarction accompanied by atrial fibrillation from June 2018 to January 2020 were included in our hospital for discussion.They were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate data of patients in the observation group was 93.94%(31 cases)higher than that in the control group 72.73%(24 cases),with significant difference between groups(P&lt;0.05).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis is effective for acute cerebral infarction accompanied by atrial fibrillation,which can improve the prognosis and reduce the incidence of adverse events,and is worthy of use.
