摘 要:目的了解门诊就诊的艾滋病患者对门诊个案管理随访模式的体验,为制定针对性措施提供依据。方法对16名纳入门诊个案管理的男性HIV感染者或AIDS患者采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,进行半结构式深入访谈,通过Colaizzi现象学的7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果通过反复分析提炼,关于患者对个案管理的真实体验得出5个主题,分别为信息支持、细致的药物指导、心理支持与疏导、适应性成长与未来的期望。结论在个案管理随访中患者获得多种多样的疾病知识与药物服用指导,有被理解、被关心的感受,帮助他们坚持面对疾病的长期治疗。个案管理对艾滋病患者的整体护理具有积极作用,在个案管理中要关注患者的生理-社会-心理需求,持续优化个案管理服务。Objective To investigate HIV/AIDS patients’experience and needs of case management and provide reference for targeted measures.Methods A semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted with 16 HIV/AIDS patients in clinic and data were analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological analysis method.Results Through analysis and refinement,five themes on experience of case management were extracted including information support,antiviral drug guidance,psychological support and counseling,adaptive growth and future expectations.Conclusion In the procedure of HIV case management,HIV/AIDS patients received a variety of disease-related knowledge and medication guidance,and the feeling of being understood and cared about,helping them insist on long-term treatment of the disease.Case management plays a positive role in the holistic care of HIV-infected patients.It is necessary to pay attention to the patients’physiological,social and psychological needs and continuously optimize the case management service.
