摘　　要：Lon是第一个被确认的ATP依赖性蛋白酶,它是大肠杆菌中Lon基因的产物。存在于大多数细菌、真核细胞线粒体及植物细胞叶绿体中。许多研究表明,Lon蛋白酶通过降解某些异常蛋白,包括错误折叠和氧化蛋白等来维持细胞的体内平衡。本文将从Lon蛋白酶结构和功能、与各种疾病之间的关系、Lon抑制剂等三个方面进行综述。Lon is the first confirmed ATP-dependent protease that is the product of the Lon gene in E.coli.It is found in most bacteria,eukaryotic mitochondria and plant cell chloroplasts.Numerous studies have shown that Lon protease maintains cell homeostasis by degrading some abnormal proteins,including misfolding,oxidized proteins.This article will review the structure and function of Lon protease,its relationship with various diseases,and Lon inhibitors.
