皮肤针放血治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察皮肤针放血治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:将60例血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例,对照组采用常规针罐治疗10次,观察组在对照组的基础上加用皮肤针放血治疗5次。在治疗前后进行VAS、JOA腰背痛评分、疗效比较。结果:同组治疗后VAS和JOA腰背痛评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS和JOA腰背痛评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组良率为35.71%,对照组为7.41%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但良可率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:皮肤针放血治疗血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症,具有良好的镇痛作用,可减轻患者主观症状和临床体征,改善日常活动能力。Objective To observe the clinical effect of cutaneous needle bloodletting on blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated 10 times with conventional acupuncture and cupping,and the observation group was treated 5 times more with cutaneous needle bloodletting on the basis of the control group.VAS、JOA low back pain score and the efficacy were compared before and after the treatment.Results There were significant differences in the scores of VAS and JOA low back pain score between the two groups before and after the treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of VAS and JOA low back pain score between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).The good rate of the observation group was 39.3%,and the control group was 7.4%.There were significant differences between the two groups.(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between the two groups of the fair rate(P>0.05).Conclusions The clinical efficacy on the treatment of cutaneous needle bloodletting on blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation is better than the control group,has a good analgesic effect,can reduce the subjective symptoms and clinical signs of patients,improve the ability of daily activities.
