参柏汤坐浴治疗轻中度单纯性肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨参柏汤坐浴治疗轻中度单纯性肛门瘙痒的临床疗效。方法按诊断标准及排除标准纳入2016年7月—2018年7月就诊的80例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组40例,对照组40例。治疗组采用参柏汤坐浴治疗,对照组采用派瑞松乳膏外用,比较两组治疗后疗效、瘙痒评分及复发率。结果治疗组治疗后疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05),瘙痒评分低于对照组(P<0.05),半年复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参柏汤坐浴治疗轻中度单纯性肛门瘙痒疗效显著,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sitz Bath with Shenbai decoction in the treatment of mild and moderate simple pruritus ani.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria,80 patients admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were included,and they were divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The treatment group was treated with sitz bath of Shenbai decoction,the control group was treated with external application of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream.for the curative effect,pruritus score and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the pruritus score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the semi-annual recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sitz bath of Shenbai decoction is effective in treating simplification mild and moderate pruritus ani and is worthy of clinical application.
