浦东新区地理信息时空云平台建设与应用思考

摘　　要：以上海市浦东新区为例,对精细化城市管理驱动下的地理信息时空云平台建设与应用进行了思考和研究,对标准体系、时空数据体系、云服务体系建设、云平台建设、应用建设进行了研究;基于基础设施层、资源池层、服务管理层、应用系统层4层架构设计并实现了平台实例;对平台建设与应用涉及的关键问题进行了阐述。研究结果对精细化城市管理背景下的地理信息平台建设具有普遍的参考价值。Taking Shanghai Pudong new area for example,we thought about and researched the construction and application of geographical information spatiotemporal cloud platform under refined urban management,and studied the standard system,spatio-temporal data system,cloud service system construction,cloud platform construction and application construction.Based on infrastructure layer,resource pool layer,service management layer,application system layer,we designed and implemented the platform examples.And then,we elaborated the key issues involved in platform construction and application.The research has universal reference value for the construction of geographical information platform under the background of refined urban management.
