摘　　要：采用文献资料、访谈法,对士官教员队伍产生的背景进行了阐述,深入分析了军事体育课士官教员在准入、在岗使用及退出方面存在的问题,并针对性地提出了发展对策,以期为推动军事体育课士官教员队伍长远发展提供参考。Based on documents and interviews,this study expounds a background of the sergeant teachers,analyzing their problems in access,work and exit,and puts forward countermeasures inorder to provide references for long-term development of sergeant teachers of Military physical education.
