摘　　要：以执行某远航任务的潜艇艇员160人作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、测试法、逻辑分析等研究方法,于远航前及每个航段前后对全体艇员进行随机抽样调查,分析不同任务类型艇员在执行航段任务身心适应性,进而提出维持艇员执行高强度远航任务健康维持措施,为保障潜艇艇员执行高强度远航任务提供科学依据。in order to study the physical and mental adaptability of submarine crew members under the condition of high strength and long voyage,the measures to maintain the physical and mental health of submarine crew were studied.Main research includes physical and mental fitness survey,support ship and submarine environmental factors research,the way to maintain mental and physical health of the crew countermeasures,in order to improve high strength and long voyage sailing adaptability of submarine crew,improve submarine battle effectiveness.
