基于量化特征下建国70周年体育健身产业研究的回顾、分析与展望

摘　　要：主要对建国70周年来体育健身产业的研究成果进行归纳与分析,运用文献调研、比较、理论分析等方法对该领域内1021篇文章进行梳理,总结出体育健身产业研究的特点:研究起步较晚,研究成果总体质量较高,近十年研究成效显著;研究方法多样,研究视角新颖,注重实证研究;以健身俱乐部的营销模式、服务、产品为研究重点,聚焦于服务的差异化。给出多学科多领域结合,完善研究新视角、拓宽研究方法;完善顾客法律保障体系,促进体育健身产业规范化;研制本土化的ISO9000质量标准,满足服务质量标准;研究应进行从原理到技巧的系统探索,建立全民健身数据库等建议。This paper mainly summarizes and analyzes the research results of the physical fitness industry from the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.It mainly uses the methods of literature research,comparison and theoretical analysis to sort out 1021 articles in the field,and summarizes the characteristics of the research in the physical fitness industry:research starts.Later,the overall quality of research results is relatively high,and the research results have been remarkable in the past ten years;the research methods are diverse,the research perspective is novel,and the empirical research is emphasized;the marketing model,service and products of the fitness club are the research focus,focusing on the differentiation of services.Give multi-disciplinary and multi-field integration,improve research new perspectives,broaden research methods;improve customer legal security system,promote the standardization of sports fitness industry;develop localized ISO9000 quality standards to meet service quality standards;research should proceed from principle to skill Systematic exploration,the establishment of a national fitness database and other recommendations.
