摘　　要：目的 观察加速康复外科护理对膝关节前交叉韧带重建术的功能影响分析.方法 将我院2018年1~9月收治拟膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术治疗的患者57例,采取常规康复护理干预设置为对照组.2018年10月我科开展加速康复外科护理干预,针对2018年10月~2019年6月收治另ACL重建术的患者61例,设置为实验组.对照两组患者护理前、后疼痛VAS评分、膝关节功能Lysholm评分,护理疗效、护理过程中并发症发生率、护理满意度评分及平均住院时长.结果 两组患者护理前VAS、Lysholm评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组患者护理后VAS、Lysholm评分较护理前显著改善,其中实验组VAS、Lysholm评分明显少于对照组,实验组与对照组护理疗效总有效率为98.36%&85.96%,并发症发生率为1.64%&12.28%,实验组患者护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,而平均住院时长明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在膝关节前交叉韧带重建术患者的护理中,采取加速康复外科护理干预,可明显减轻患者术后膝关节疼痛感,提高术后膝关节功能,减少并发症发生,提升护理效果,提高患者对护理的满意度评分,缩短患者住院时间,效果理想.Objective To observe the effect of fast track surgery(FTS)nursing on the function of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction.Methods A total of 57 patients who were treated with ACL reconstruction in our hospital from January to September 2018 were given conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention and set as the control group.In October 2018,FST was carried out in our department,and 61 patients who underwent ACL reconstruction surgery from October 2018 to June 2019 were set as the study group.The visual analogue scale before and after nursing,knee joint Lysholm score,nursing efficacy,the incidence rate of complications during the nursing process,nursing satisfaction score and the average length of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in VAS and Lysholm scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS and Lysholm scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment.The VAS and Lysholm scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The total effective rate and incidence rate of complications in the study group and control group were 98.36%&85.96%,1.64%&12.28%;The satisfaction score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the average length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with ACL reconstruction,the use of FST nursing intervention can significantly relieve the patient’s postoperative knee pain,improve postoperative knee function,reduce complications,promote nursing efficacy,and enhance the patient’s satisfaction,shorten the length of hospital stay,and the effect is ideal.
