摘　　要：采用下装密闭装车可有效防止流速过快、减少喷溅冲击静电产生和集聚,保证安全生产,VOC处理装置可降低甲醇蒸汽排放,提高环境质量。以兖州煤业榆林能化有限公司甲醇汽车上装改下装的改造为例,介绍了实现甲醇下装密闭装车的改造方案和具体内容。Adopting the lower packing and closed loading car can effectively prevent the flow rate from being too fast,reduce the spatter impact static electricity generation and agglomeration,ensure the safe production,and the VOC treatment device can reduce the methanol steam emission and improve the environmental quality.Taking Yanzhou Coal Yulin Energy Chemical Company Limited as an example,this paper introduces the transformation scheme and concrete contents of realizing the lower packing and closed loading car under methanol.
