摘  要:护理部根据护士层级和培养目标组建了12个专科学组。医院在新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫期增设了预检分诊、发热门诊、隔离病区和重危病房等场所的护理岗位,并开展心理支持项目,同时要完成援外的紧急任务。护理部根据新冠肺炎疫期护理岗位设置及职责,遵循责-能匹配的原则,选择相应专科学组护理人员进行调配,在满足医院日常工作的前提下,完成4批次的新冠肺炎护理人力调配,累计调配专科学组152名护士。各诊疗单元均未发生新冠肺炎院内感染,住院患者满意度及心理援助者满意度均达到100%。The Nursing Department set up 12 specialist groups according to the level of nurses and objectives of training.During COVID-19 epidemic,some specific stations such as triage station,fever clinics,isolation wards and intensive care units were established.Psychological supports were provided for social groups,patients and medical staff.The assistance for other hospitals were simultaneously provided.According to the post setting and require-ments during COVID-19 epidemic as well as the responsibility-ability matching principles,the Nursing Department reallocated 152 nurses without disturbing the normal hospital orders.No COVID-19 infection was observed in each unit.The satisfaction level of patients and supported nurses achieved 100%.
