摘　　要：目的探讨集束化干预措施对综合ICU耐碳青霉烯类鲍曼不动杆菌(CRABA)致呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的防控效果评价。方法该次研究采用回顾性调查方法,对照组为干预前阶段,仅调查收集基本情况,干预组为干预阶段,采取集束化干预措施。选择粤北人民医院综合ICU的患者作为研究对象,分析干预组和对照组的CRABA感染率和CRABA-VAP例次占比等各项监测指标。结果集束化干预措施使综合ICU鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类药物耐药率和CRABA感染发生率均下降;CRABA-VAP和VAP占比亦下降。结论集束化干预措施对于预防CRABA导致的VAP具有较好的控制效果。Objective To investigate the application effect of bundle interventions on ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP)induced by Carbapenems resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(CRABA)in Intensive Care Unit(ICU).Methods In this study,retrospective investigation method was used.In the control group,only basic information was collected before the intervention,and in the intervention group,centralized intervention measures were taken.The patients in the comprehensive ICU of Yuebei People′s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.The monitoring indicators of CRABA infection rate and proportion of CRABA-VAP in the intervention group and the control group were analyzed.Results There were decreasing trends of resistance rate of carbapenems in Acinetobacter baumannii and the ratio of the amount of CRABA detection and nosocomial infection.The proportion of CRABA-VAP and VAP also display the downward momentum.Conclusion The bundle interventions possess preferably controlling effect so as to precautions against VAP arising from CRABA.
