加快周口港区建设发展的对策研究

摘　　要：作为河南唯一的内河港口,周口港口对于补齐豫东经济发展短板、助推周口经济腾飞、深化河南“供给侧”改革具有重要意义。当前,周口港口、港区建设已经取得一定成绩,但在行政管理、资金投入、产业发展等方面面临不少制约。通过周口港区建设现状分析,深入剖析周口港区发展面临的突出问题,并就加快周口港区发展提出若干对策建议。As the only inland port,Henan Zhoukou port has important sense to make up for the economic development of eastern Henan deficiencies,boosting the economic take-off of Zhoukou,deepening the reform of the supply side of Henan.At present,the port construction of Zhoukou port area has made some achievements,but in such aspects as public administration,capital investment,industry development is facing many constraints by analyzing Zhoukou present situation of port construction.This paper analyses problems in Zhoukou port development,and in-depth analysis of Zhoukou port development is facing the prominent problems,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to accelerate the development of Zhoukou port.
