摘 要:高压断路器分合闸过程中,在行程范围内任意位置都会产生摩擦力。而摩擦力过大则会影响高压断路器的装配质量以及高压电器部分的可靠性连接。为了模拟测量高压断路器分合闸过程中产生的摩擦力的最大值,采用MSP430F149单片机作为核心控制器,设计了智能化的力、位移双参数便携测量系统。该系统不仅可以精确显示要测量的力与位移,而且通过测量可以得到在位移量程内力的最大值和最小值,以及在任意位移方位的力的瞬时值。测量的结果可以在LCD液晶触摸屏显示,可以通过微型打印机将结果打印出来打印,也可以通过USB数据通信端口与上位机进行通信。并且该系统精度较高,量程较大,便于携带,扩展了系统的测量功能。During the closing process of the high-voltage circuit breaker,friction is generated at any position within the stroke range. Excessive friction will affect the assembly quality of the high-voltage circuit breaker and the reliability connection of the high-voltage electrical parts. In order to simulate and measure the maximum value of the friction generated during the opening and closing of the high voltage circuit breaker,MSP430F149 is used as the core controller,an portable measuring system for force and displacement is designed.The system can accurately show the force and displacement.Moreover,by measuring,the maximum and minimum values of the force at the displacement range and the instantaneous value of the force at any displacement position can be obtained.The results can be displayed on the LCD touch panel,it can be printed through a micro printer or communicate with the host computer through the USB data communication port.In addition,the system has higher precision and larger range and it’s easy to carry.The measurement function of the system is extended,too.
