自我效能增强护理干预对乳头凹陷产妇乳头异常矫正及母乳喂养的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探究自我效能增强护理干预对乳头凹陷产妇乳头异常矫正及母乳喂养成功率的影响。[方法]选取我院收治的乳头凹陷产妇50例,随机分为两组,对照组选择常规护理,观察组选择自我效能增强护理干预,对比分析两组产妇的乳头异常矫正状况及母乳喂养成功率。[结果]观察组产妇乳头异常矫正有效率(96%)明显优于对照组产妇(84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇母乳喂养成功率明显高于对照组产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]自我效能增强护理干预在乳头异常产妇中的应用能改善产妇乳头异常矫正效果,有助于提高母乳喂养成功率。Objective:To explore the effect of self-efficacy enhanced nursing intervention on the correction of abnormal nipples and breastfeeding success rate in maternal.Methods:Fifty pregnant women with nipple depression treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received the self-efficacy enhanced nursing intervention.The correction of abnormal nipples and breastfeeding success rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The effective rate of maternal nipple correction in the observation group(96%)was significantly better than that in the control group(84%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the success rate of breastfeeding in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of self-efficacy enhancement nursing intervention in puerpera with abnormal nipples could improve the correction effect of abnormal maternal nipples and help to improve the success rate of breastfeeding.
