摘  要:青年教工群体是高校发展的重要人力资源。通过对L“双一流”高校青年教工发展需求分析发现,高校青年教工普遍存在生存压力较大、工作任务重、职称或职位晋升较难、休闲娱乐方式相对单一等问题。针对高校青年教工发展存在的问题,从提高青年教工收入,增加住房保障;逐步调整青年教工职称晋升的门槛限制,缩短职称晋升时间;改革职称和科研的评定标准;减轻教学任务,完善科研环境;丰富青年教工的业余生活等方面提出相应的对策。The young faculty group is an important human resource for the development of universities.In this paper,by investigating the current situation and developmental needs of young faculty in a"Double First-Class"university,it is found that they generally have problems such as high survival pressure,heavy work tasks,difficulty in promotion of titles or positions,monotony in entertaining methods,and so on.Aiming at the problems encountered in the development of young faculty in universities,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures from the following aspects:increasing the income and housing security,gradually removing the threshold restrictions for the promotion and shortening the promotion time,reforming the evaluation standards for professional titles and scientific research,reducing teaching tasks,improving the scientific research environment,and enriching spare time of young teachers,etc.
