摘　　要：农业是基础性产业,中国现代化离不开农业现代化。在推进现代化进程过程中,了解现阶段大庆市农业所处的发展阶段及农业发展总体质量,对指导大庆市农业发展具有重要意义。基于农业生产水平、农民生活水平,以及区域社会经济发展水平三个方面,构建了合适的大庆市农业发展质量评价体系,参照近十年的农业统计数据,对大庆市农业发展质量进行科学的、客观的评价与分析。依据评价结果找到制约农业发展质量的因素,提出提升大庆市今后农业发展质量的对策,以期引导大庆市农业更好发展。Agriculture was a basic industry,its modernization was indispensable to Chinese modernization.In the process of promoting modernization,it was of great significance to guide the development of Daqing city’s agriculture through understanding the stage of development and quality of agriculture in Daqing city.Based on the level of agricultural production,farmers’living standards and the level of regional socio-economic development,a suitable quality evaluation system was constructed,evaluated and analyzed the quality of agricultural development for Daqing’s agricultural development scientifically and objectively according to the agricultural statistical data of the past 10 years.Based on the evaluation results,it found out the factors that restricted the quality of agricultural development and put forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of Daqing agriculture development in the future,in order to guide the better development of Daqing’s agriculture.
