摘　　要：对国家经济发展而言,跨境资金的正常有序流动至关重要。为避免我国经常项下跨境资金流出对我国经济金融产生负面冲击,本文深入研究各国对于经常项下跨境资金流出管理经验,分析总结对我国的启示。For national economic development,the normal and orderly flow of cross-border funds is crucial.In order to avoid the negative impact of cross-border capital outflow on China's economy and finance,this paper studies in-depth the experience of cross-border capital outflow management in various countries,and analyzes and summarizes the enlightenment to China.
