摘　　要：财政存款交存管理是中央银行的职能之一。但随着经济和财税体制改革的不断发展,财政存款管理机制越来越体现出不适应性。本文从梳理了财政存款业务的历史沿革,结合工作实践和实地调研提出当前财政存款业务存在问题并有针对性地提出对策建议。Financial deposit management is one of the functions of the central bank.However,with the continuous development of economic and fiscal and tax system reform,the financial deposit management mechanism has become more and more inadaptable.This paper summarizes the historical evolution of financial deposit business,combining with work practice and field research,puts forward the existing problems of financial deposit business and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
