煤矿电气设备失爆现象防治措施的几点探讨

摘　　要：煤矿电气设备在煤矿企业实践作业之中,有着十分重要的作用,由于大部分煤矿电气设备的使用环境比较阴暗和潮湿,因而无论煤矿电气设备处于正常运转状态还是处于故障状态,都可能出现高温、电火花迸发和电弧现象,可能引发瓦斯或煤尘爆炸事故,极其不利于煤矿作业安全,给煤矿工人的生命安全制造了极其严重的威胁,同时也不利于煤矿企业自身的长远可持续发展。为此,煤矿企业应建构起对于电气设备失爆现象的全面认知,深入把握其失爆原因,并采取针对性防治措施加以科学预防和控制。本文主要对煤矿企业常用电气设备的失爆现象进行分析,结合其成因探讨相应防治措施,希望能够提供有价值的借鉴。Coal mine electrical equipment plays a very important role in the practical operation of coal mine enterprises.Because most of the coal mine electrical equipment is used in a dark and humid environment,no matter whether the coal mine electrical equipment is in a normal operation state or in a fault state,high temperature,electric spark generate and electric arc phenomena may occur,which may cause gas or coal dust explosion accidents.These are extremely unfavorable to the safety of coal mine operations,posing an extremely serious threat to the life safety of coal mine workers,and are also unfavorable to the long-term sustainable development of coal mine enterprises themselves.Therefore,coal mining enterprises should build up a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon of electrical equipment explosion,deeply grasp its causes,and take targeted preventive measures to prevent and control it scientifically.This paper mainly analyzes the explosion loss of electrical equipment commonly used in coal mining enterprises,and discusses the corresponding prevention measures in combination with its causes,hoping to provide valuable reference.
