浅析清肺排毒汤治疗新冠肺炎的理论依据及作用机制

摘　　要：我国新冠肺炎疫情防控中,中医药发挥了独特的优势,其治疗的基础代表方清肺排毒汤为《伤寒杂病论》中麻杏石甘汤、射干麻黄汤、小柴胡汤、五苓散等加减组合演变而来的新方剂,具有发汗平喘、调和营卫、和解少阳、健脾化湿、清热解毒、生津之效,在新冠肺炎治疗中显示出良好疗效。本文从该方的中医理论源、处方解析、新冠肺炎中医临床研究、现代药理学机制等方面加以论述,以期对日后临床治疗、药物研发及基础医学研究提供参考。Since COVID-19 outbroke in December 2019,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has developed its unique advantages in the epidemic prevention and control.Qingfei paidu decoction is a new prescription derived from Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases,combined maxing shigan decoction,shegan mahuang decoction,xiaochaihu decoction and wuling powder.It has the effects of sweating,relieving asthma,regulating ying and wei,reconciling shaoyang,invigorating the spleen and removing dampness,clearing away heat and detoxification,and helping to produce saliva.It has shown good therapeutic effect in the treatment of COVID-19.In this paper,we analyzed qingfei paidu decoction from the TCM theory,formulation composition TCM clinical research and modern pharmacology mechanism,and hope to provide some enlightenment for the future clinical treatment,drug research and development and basic medical research.
