摘  要:为研究身管壁厚差对火炮射击身管弯曲的影响,建立了考虑壁厚差分布的身管几何模型。利用Abaqus软件建立了身管热力耦合有限元模型,借助Abaqus子程序定义了身管内壁弹后空间随时空变化的压力载荷和温度边界条件,得到了不同壁厚差身管的应力、温度分布及弯曲变形。结果表明,在火炮发射过程中,身管内部最大应力值和最大温度值随着壁厚差的增大而增大;身管最终会向壁厚较厚一方弯曲,壁厚差越大弯曲越明显。In order to study the effect of wall thickness difference on the bending of gun barrel,a geometric model of barrel considering the distribution of wall thickness difference was established based on the actual situation of engineering production.The Thermodynamic coupling finite element model of the barrel was established by Abaqus software,and the pressure load and temperature boundary condition of the space changing at any time after the projectile of the barrel was defined by Abaqus subroutine.The stress,temperature distribution and bending deformation of the barrel with different wall thickness were obtained.The results show that the maximum stress value and the maximum temperature value increase with the increase of the wall thickness difference.The barrel with wall thickness difference distribution will eventually bend to the side with thicker wall thickness,and the greater the wall thickness difference,the more obvious the bending will be.
