摘 要:针对集成光学陀螺仪中耦合损耗过大的问题,利用石墨烯电光调制器代替传统耦合器,设计了一种基于马赫-曾德尔型结构的高速电光开关,利用有限差分时域方法仿真分析了其光学性能。仿真结果表明,该方案能够显著地降低陀螺仪的损耗,提高信号输出的功率。该方案可为集成光学陀螺的实用化提供重要参考。An improvement method using graphene electro-optic switches instead of traditional couplers was proposed to solve the large signal attenuation in the integrated optical gyroscopes.A high-speed electro-optic switch based on the Mach-Zehnder structure was designed,and the Finite-Difference Time-Domain(FDTD)method was used to simulate its optical performance.The feasibility of replacing traditional coupler in integrated optical gyro with the electro-optic switch to reduce the coupling loss of gyro was demonstrated by the simulations.The results show the presented method can significantly reduce the loss of gyroscope and increase the power of signal output.
