摘 要:建立了同一总质量下不同壁厚的平头模拟弹垂直侵彻金属靶板的四分之一有限元模型,利用LS-DYNA软件模拟了侵彻过程。在现场试验的基础上,通过比较不同模拟弹丸的速度曲线,得到了壁厚与穿透能力的关系。结果表明在弹体长度、直径、总质量相同的情况下,弹体壁厚越厚,侵彻作用时间越长,穿透能力越高。本文的仿真结果可为弹体结构的优化设计提供理论支持。In order to study the influence of wall thickness of different shells on the penetrating ability of armor-piercing projectiles,a quarter-finite finite element model of vertical penetration of metal bullets with different thicknesses of armor-piercing projectiles with the same total mass was established.Simulation of the penetration process used LS-DYNA software.The simulation was performed in the process.Combined with the field test results,the penetration velocity curves of different wall thickness simulations were compared,and the influence of the wall thickness of the projectile on the penetrating ability was obtained,which provides some data support for the optimal design of the projectile structure.
