摘  要:逐层分解反恐怖部队遂行武力突击任务为一级任务、二级任务和作战行动等,通过分析各任务环节、时序关系、作战规则和协同关系,形成任务-能力-装备映射;综合考虑战场环境、作战时间、暴恐人员所持装备和暴恐人员素质等因素,构建暴恐人员战斗力指标体系,形成反恐怖作战能力需求。以各指标效能值为基础,建立任务成功推演判断;运用层次分析法建立反恐怖装备能力评估模型,以反恐怖作战能力需求与反恐怖装备能力之比值为依据,建立较为合理的反恐怖装备组合和配备方案,为反恐怖作战分队提供模块化装备配备方案,为指挥员迅速做出决策提供支持。We decomposed the anti-terrorist forces layer by layer to perform military assault tasks into first-level tasks,second-level tasks and combat operations.By analyzing each task link,timing relationship,combat rules and coordination relationships,a mission-ability-equipment mapping was formed.With comprehensive consideration of the battlefield environment factors such as combat time,equipment held by terrorists,and the quality of terrorists,we built an index system of terrorists’combat effectiveness,and formed a demand for anti-terrorist combat capabilities.Based on the effectiveness value of each index,we established a task success deduction judgment and used AHP to establish an anti-terrorism equipment capability evaluation model,and to establish a more reasonable anti-terrorism equipment combination based on the ratio of anti-terrorism combat capability requirements to anti-terrorism equipment capability and equipment plans,providing modular equipment plans for anti-terrorist combat units,and providing support for commanders to make quick decisions.
