摘 要:为定量评估装备修理机构抢修能力,进而为战时抢修决策以及资源需求分析提供参考,提出了一种基于抢修工作量的抢修能力量化评估方法。以战时损伤装备抢修工作量分布为基础,对战时修理机构抢修任务量进行预测,对维修机构抢修能力进行量化计算,得出修理机构修理工时满足率。结合自行火箭炮装备抢修工作量分布规律及维修机构划分情况,对此抢修能力计算方法进行了实际应用。结果表明,比传统评估方法更为客观。In order to quantitatively evaluate the rush repair capacity of equipment repair institutions,and to provide reference for wartime rush repair decision-making and demand analysis,a method of rush repair capability evaluation based on the quantitative value of rush repair workload was proposed.Based on the distribution of the rush repair workload of the damaged equipment in wartime,this paper forecasted the rush repair task quantity of the repair institutions in wartime,calculated the rush repair capacity of the repair institutions quantitatively,and obtained the satisfaction rate of repair time of the repair institutions.According to the distribution law of rocket launcher equipment rush repair workload and the division of repair institution,the calculation method of rush repair capacity was applied.The results show that this method is more objective than the traditional method.
