摘　　要：目的:探讨寒区野战医疗伤员分类的难点,以提出伤员分类军医的能力培养要点和措施。方法:通过实战化训练,提出寒区、野战医疗、现代战争的伤员时空特点,总结野战医疗条件下伤员分类的难点和分类工作的能力培养要点和措施。结果:寒区野战医疗对伤员分类的难点包括表现为伤员易出现冻伤、低体温等特殊伤情,且伤员与医护人员均会出现体能下降。伤员分类工作人员需具备五大能力素质,即专业技术能力、应急决策能力、沟通协作能力、连续保障能力和卫生勤务能力等。培养措施包括贴近实战训练、增加理论学习、深入部队调研和扎实临床训练等。结论:寒区野战医疗分类工作有特殊难点,做好分类工作需具备相应能力和素质。Objective:To investigate the difficulties in the classification of the field medical wounded in the cold area,and to propose the key points and measures for capacity training of the wounded classified military doctors.Methods:Through the actual combat training,the characteristics of the casualties of cold areas,field medical treatments and modern warfare were put forward,and the difficulties of classification of the wounded in the field medical conditions and the key points and measures of ability training of ability cultivation were summarized.Results:The difficulty in classifying the wounded in cold field medical treatment included the appearance of special injuries such as frostbite and hypothermia,and the decline of physical fitness.The five major competencies required for the classification staffs were professional technical ability,emergency decision-making ability,communication and cooperation ability,continuous support ability and health service ability.Training measures include close combat training,increased theoretical study,in-depth military research,and solid clinical training.Conclusion:There is a special difficulty in the field classification of cold field medical treatment.It is necessary to have the corresponding ability and quality to do the classification work.
