摘  要:目的:研究低频脉冲电磁场(pulsed electromagnetic fields,PEMFs)联合双膦酸盐制剂和钙剂治疗老年骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)的效果。方法:选取2015-06-01~2019-06-30我院收治的老年OP患者78例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。观察组给予PEMFs治疗的同时口服阿仑膦酸钠片和碳酸钙D3颗粒治疗;对照组仅给予口服阿仑膦酸钠片和碳酸钙D3颗粒治疗。治疗前后分别对两组的腰背疼痛进行视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS),并测定骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)值。结果:两组的治疗方法均能减轻腰背疼痛,也能增高BMD值,但观察组治疗效果优于对照组。结论:PEMFs联合双膦酸盐及钙剂治疗老年OP效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields(PEMFs)combined with bisphosphonate and calcium in the treatment of senile osteoporosis(OP).Methods:Seventy-eight patients with OP who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2019 were enrolled,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,39 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with PEMFs combined with alendronate sodium tablets and calcium carbonate D3 granules.The control group was treated only with alendronate sodium tablets and calcium carbonate D3 granules.The score of visual analogue scale(VAS)and bone mineral density(BMD)of low back pain in the two groups were measured before and after treatment.Results:Both groups could relieve bone pain and increase bone mineral density,but the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:PEMFs combined with bisphosphonates and calcium has a good effect on the treatment of OP in the elderly.
