摘 要:受双交联网络结构的启发,将大分子链的羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)引入到具有Zn2+配位的聚丙烯酸-丙烯酸羟乙酯双交联网络中制备具有高强度和优异自恢复性的弹性体材料。通过红外、固体核磁等对弹性体材料的结构进行了表征,通过万能拉伸仪对材料的力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:材料中丙烯酸与丙烯酸羟乙酯共聚形成共价支撑网络结构,共价网络中的羧基原位与Zn2+形成配位网络结构,使得原本疏松的网络结构变得紧凑。有HPMC穿插在网络结构中,使得弹性体材料的力学性能显著提高,材料的断裂应力达到10 MPa,应变达到560%。而配位键的引入则赋予弹性体材料优异的自恢复特性,在拉伸应变为20%的条件下,自恢复率达到93%;在压缩应变为25%的条件下,自恢复率达到84%;在100次循环拉伸和压缩后,未出现破裂并且自恢复率分别达到88%和90%。Inspired by the double-crosslinked network structure,an elastomeric material with high strength and excellent selfrecovery was prepared by introducing a macromolecular chain hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC)into a double-crosslinked network of Zn2+complex Poly(acrylic acid-co-hydroxyethyl acrylate).The structure of the elastomer material was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,13C-CPMAS NMR,etc.,and the mechanical properties of the material were characterized by Universal Rally Machine.The results show that the copolymerization of acrylic acid and hydroxyethyl acrylate in the material forms a covalent support network structure and the carboxyl groups in the covalent network form a coordination network structure with Zn2+in situ,making the original loose network structure compact.Besides,HPMC is interspersed in the network structure,which makes the mechanical properties of the elastomer material significantly improved,the fracture stress of the material reaches 10 MPa,and the strain reaches 560%.The introduction of coordination bonds has given the elastomer material excellent self-recovery characteristics.Under the condition of 20%tensile strain,the self-recovery rate reaches 93%;under the condition of 25%compressive strain,the self-recovery rate reaches 84%;and after 100 cycles of stretching and compression,no fracture occurs and the selfrecovery rate reached 88%and 90%,respectively.
