增容剂种类对PC/ABS合金材料适用环境的影响

摘　　要：通过添加增容剂,可以使聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)合金综合了PC与ABS的优良性能,并且改善PC和ABS在某些性能上的不足。选择了PC/ABS(70/30)体系并研究了在常温、低温和高温使用环境下增容剂添加种类和含量对其力学性能等的影响,发现当材料只是在常温环境中使用时,在PC/ABS(70/30)体系中,各类增容剂性能差异不大;当材料需要在低温环境使用时,可以选择在PC/ABS(70/30)体系中添加苯乙烯和马来酸酐无规共聚物(SMA–700)获得最佳的性能,冲击强度保留率达到97.8%;当材料需要在高温环境使用时,可以选择在PC/ABS(70/30)中添加乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物(EMA),具有最佳的效果,冲击强度保留率达到67.6%;在PC/ABS(30/70)体系中使用苯乙烯–丙烯腈–甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)(SBG–001)有较好的提升效果,并且当SBG–001添加量在3%的时候,具有最高的冲击强度32.77 kJ/m2。By adding compatibilizer,polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene plastics(ABS)alloy can synthesize the excellent properties of PC and ABS,and improve the shortcomings of PC and ABS in some properties.PC/ABS(70/30)system was selected and the effect of compatibilizer type and content on its mechanical properties was studied under normal temperature,low temperature and high temperature.The results show that when the material is only used in normal temperature environment,the performance of compatibilizers in PC/ABS(70/30)system has little difference.When the material need to be used at low temperature,the best performance can be obtained by adding styrene and maleic anhydride random copolymer(SMA–700)to PC/ABS(70/30)system,impact strength retention rate reach 97.8%.When the material need to be used in high temperature environment,we can choose to add the copolymer of ethylene and methyl acrylate(EMA)to PC/ABS(70/30),it has the best effect,which impact strength retention rate reach 67.6%.In the PC/ABS(30/70)system,the styrene acrylonitrile glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)(SBG–001)has a better lifting effect,and when SBG–001 is 3%,it has the highest impact strength 32.77 kJ/m2.
