摘  要:射电天文观测和深空探测的发展对天线反射面提出了更高精度、更大口径的要求,通过基体树脂选型研究,利用复合材料真空灌注工艺分别成型抛物面结构的主反射面和组成空间网格结构的横纵筋,并采用柔性电热膜实现其大型复杂型面的均匀固化,将二者胶粘组装为中国验证天线(DVA–C)整体天线反射面,其口径尺寸为15 m×18 m,且兼具重量轻、型面精度高、综合成本低、安装方便简捷等优点。该反射面的整体成型制备为轻量化大口径天线反射面的研究提供了新的工艺方法和应用依据,并达到了国际领先水平。With the development of radio astronomy and deep space exploration,higher precision and larger aperture are required for antenna reflector.Through the study of matrix resin selection,the main reflector of parabolic structure and the transverse and longitudinal bars of spatial grid structure are respectively formed by vacuum filling technology of composite materials,and the large complex surface is uniformly solidified by flexible electric heating film,and they are glued and assembled as a whole of the DVA–C reflector.The aperture size of the body antenna surface is 15 m×18 m,and it has the advantages of light weight,high profile accuracy,low overall cost,convenient installation,etc.The overall molding of antenna surface provides a new technology and application basis for the research of light weight and larger-diameter reflector,reaching the international leading level.
