摘  要:高分子材料制品普遍存在内应力,而内应力分布不均匀或过大均会使制品产生翘曲变形或应力开裂的缺陷,从而影响制品的正常使用。针对此类问题自主研制了一种基于应力双折射原理可视化表征高分子材料透明制品内应力分布的新装置,并利用该装置系统研究了不同注射成型工艺参数对聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚碳酸酯(PC)等典型高分子材料透明制品内应力的影响。结果表明,注塑压力均会造成PS及PC制品内应力增大,但注射速度的增大使PC制品内应力增大,而对PS的影响则不明显;保压时间增加则会降低PS制品的内应力,而对PC内应力影响则不明显,该实验结论为今后寻求有效降低高分子材料制品内应力的措施奠定了理论与实践基础。The polymer products in daily use generally have internal stress,and the uneven or excessive distribution of internal stress can cause warpage or stress cracking,which will affect the normal use of products.In view of these problems,a novel device based on stress birefringence principle was developed to visualize the internal stress quantity and distribution of transparent polymer products.The influence of different injection molding process parameters on the internal stress of transparent polymer products,such as polystyrene(PS)and polycarbonate(PC)was studied.The internal stress of products under different process parameters was summarized.The results show that the injection pressure both could increase the internal stress of PS and PC products and the increase of injection speed could increase the internal stress of PC products,but the effect on PS products is not obvious.While the increase of holding time would reduce the internal stress of PS products,but the effect on PC internal stress is not obvious.The results can lay a theoretical and practical foundation for seeking effective measures to reduce the internal stress of polymer materials products in the future.
