甲类仓库内可燃气体爆炸灾害及泄压尺寸研究综述

摘　　要：甲类仓库是储存易燃易爆危险化学品的重要场所,易发生严重的爆炸事故。基于当前甲类仓库内可燃气体爆炸灾害的研究成果,综述了甲类仓库内部可燃气体可能造成严重爆炸灾害的影响因素与规律、泄爆的研究方法、泄压尺寸设计的优势与不足,指出了今后研究需要解决的关键问题。重点阐述了甲类仓库内不同影响因素作用下可燃气体爆炸灾害目标参数的演化规律及其原因;总结了目前方形局部受限空间内可燃气体泄爆压力的计算方法、数值模拟方法和试验方法,指出计算方法的适用范围、数值模拟方法的误差原因和局限性;探讨了甲类仓库的泄压尺寸设计,并对比了国内外现有的相关设计规范的优势与不足,以为泄压设计标准的改进和爆炸灾害效应的削减提供参考。Class A warehouses are important places for storing flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals,which are prone to serious explosions.Based on the current gas explosion research,this paper reviews the influencing factors and laws of the explosions caused by flammable gas in Class A warehouses,the research methods of flammable gas venting in partly confined square space,and the advantages and disadvantages of vent area design.In addition,the paper points out the essential issues to be resolved in future research.The paper emphasizes laws and causes of the change of the target parameters under the influence of various factors affecting explosion disaster.It summarizes calculation methods of maximum pressure in vented deflagration,numerical simulation methods and experimental research ideas of the venting.It points out the condition of application of the calculation methods,the error causes and limitations of the numerical simulation method.It concludes the advantages and disadvantages of related vent area design standards,providing reference for the improvement of vent area design standards and the mitigation of explosion disaster effects.
