摘　　要：目的:研究糖皮质激素治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治结核性胸膜炎患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规抗结核药物治疗;观察组在抗结核药物基础上配合糖皮质激素进行治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组全身中毒缓解时间、胸腔积液吸取时间和住院时间等临床指标均短于对照组,观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床效果明显,可快速减轻患者全身中毒情况,尽快吸收胸腔积液,用药有一定安全性。Objective:To study the clinical effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,80 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 400 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antituberculous drugs.The observation group was treated with glucocorticoids on the basis of antituberculous drugs.We compared the clinical therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results:The clinical indexes such as systemic poisoning remission time,pleural effusion absorption time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy is obvious,it can quickly reduce the systemic poisoning of patients,absorb pleural effusion as soon as possible,and it is safe to use.
