肉眼血红蛋白尿在黄蜂蜇伤患者病情严重程度预测中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探究肉眼血红蛋白尿预测黄蜂蜇伤严重程度的价值。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治黄蜂蜇伤患者90例,其中出现肉眼血红蛋白尿20例作为观察组,未出现肉眼血红蛋白尿70例作为对照组。两组均进行相关治疗,比较两组患者治疗后严重程度。结果:观察组血小板(PLT)、丙氨酸氨基转氨酶(ALT)、白细胞(WBC)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、血尿素(Urea)等指标水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过治疗后,观察组死亡8例,对照组仅死亡1例。结论:黄蜂蜇伤后出现肉眼血红蛋白尿症状,证明病情已经很严重,可以作为患者严重程度的预测评价指标。Objective:To explore the value of macroscopic hemoglobinuria in predicting the severity of patients with wasp sting.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,90 patients with wasp sting were selected,among which 20 patients with macroscopic hemoglobinuria were taken as the observation group and 70 patients without macroscopic hemoglobinuria were taken as the control group.Both groups received related treatment,we compared the severity of the two groups after treatment.Results:In the observation group,PLT,ALT,WBC,AST and Urea were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,8 cases died in the observation group and 1 case in the control group.Conclusion:The symptoms of macroscopic hemoglobinuria appeared after wasp sting,which proved that the disease is very serious and could be used as a prediction and evaluation index of patients’ severity.
