小续命汤治疗脑基底节区出血临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察小续命汤治疗基底节区出血临床疗效。方法:2012年1月-2017年12月收治高血压致基底节区出血患者65例,随机分为两组。研究组33例采用西医常规配合小续命汤加减治疗;对照组32例采用西医常规治疗。比较两组临床疗效及NHISS评分变化。结果:研究组总有效率优于对照组,两组治疗后NHISS评分优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小续命汤结合西医常规治疗可改善脑出血的临床症状,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoxuming decoction in the treatment of basal ganglia hemorrhage.Methods:From January 2012 to December 2017,65 patients with basal ganglia hemorrhage caused by hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.In the study group,33 cases were treated with routine western medicine and Xiaoxuming decoction.32 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy and NHISS scores changes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was better than that of the control group,the NHISS score of the two groups after treatment was better than that before treatment,and the study group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoxuming decoction combined with conventional western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms of cerebral hemorrhage,improve the quality of life of patients.
