摘　　要：目的:探究朴硝散联合微波治疗肛肠病术后并发症的临床效果。方法:2017年2月-2018年1月收治肛肠病手术患者80例,分为两组,各40例。参照组给予微波治疗;研究组给予朴硝散联合微波治疗。比较两组术后症状评分与治疗效果。结果:研究组患者术后7 d出血、水肿、坠胀、疼痛评分均优于参照组,研究组治疗总有效率优于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肛肠病手术患者实施朴硝散联合微波治疗,可有效改善术后症状,提高治疗有效率,促进恢复,治疗效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Poxiao powder and microwave in the treatment of ostoperative complications of anorectal diseases.Methods:From February 2017 to January 2018,80 patients with anorectal disease were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microwave.The study group was treated with Poxiao powder and microwave.The symptom score after treatment and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of bleeding,edema,swelling and pain in the study group were better than those in the reference group 7 days after operation,and the total effective rate in the study group was better than that in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Poxiao powder and microwave in the treatment of patients with anorectal disease after surgery can effectively improve the relief of symptoms,improve the efficiency of treatment,promote recovery,and have a significant therapeutic effect.
