摘　　要：目的:分析血管游离组织瓣技术治疗头颈部肿瘤的围手术期护理效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2019年1月行血管游离组织瓣技术治疗的头颈部肿瘤患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上给予围手术期护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组皮瓣存活率高于对照组,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,且观察组生存质量各项评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血管游离组织瓣技术治疗头颈部肿瘤的围手术期护理效果显著,可有效提升皮瓣存活率,降低各种并发症发生率,还能提升患者生存质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing care for patients with head and neck tumor treated by vascular free tissue flap.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2019,60 patients with head and neck tumor treated by vascular free tissue flap were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given perioperative nursing on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the flap survival rate was higher than that in the control group,the complication rate was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of the quality of life were better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of perioperative nursing care for patients with head and neck tumor treated by vascular free tissue flap is significant,it can effectively improve the survival rate of flap,reduce the incidence of various complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
