摘 要:目的:探讨在胃肠手术患者中应用手术室低体温全程前瞻性管理的效果。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治胃肠手术患者172例,随机分为两组,各86例。常规组接受常规手术室低体温管理;试验组接受手术是低体温全程前瞻管理。比较两组相关指标。结果:试验组低体温、并发症发生率均显著低于常规组,E、NE、Cor显著低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对胃肠手术患者开展手术室低体温全程前瞻管理,可明显提升低体温预防效果,降低因此引发的应激反应。Objective:To explore the effect of prospective management of hypothermia in operating room in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,172 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 86 cases in each group.The routine group received the management of hypothermia in the routine operating room.The experimental group received the prospective management of hypothermia.We compared the related indicators of the two groups.Results:The incidence of hypothermia and complications in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group.The E,NE and Cor in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prospective management of hypothermia in operating room for patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery can significantly improve the preventive effect of hypothermia and reduce the stress reaction caused by hypothermia.
