近视眼患者行准分子激光屈光手术的安全护理管理及效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究近视眼患者行准分子激光屈光手术的护理安全管理及效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治近视眼患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例,均行准分子激光屈光手术进行治疗。对照组行常规护理管理;试验组行安全护理管理。比较两组治疗有效率及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:两组治疗后视力均显著恢复,试验组治疗总有效率及患者对护理工作的满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安全护理管理应用在准分子激光屈光手术近视眼患者的治疗中,能显著提高患者的治疗有效率及对护理工作的满意度。Objective:To study the nursing safety management and effect of excimer laser refractive surgery for myopia.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,68 cases of myopia were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 34 cases in each group,all patients were treated with excimer laser refractive surgery.The control group received routine nursing management.The experimental group received safety nursing management.The effective rate of treatment and patients’ satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results:The visual acuity of the two groups recovered significantly after treatment,the total effective rate and patients’ satisfaction with nursing work in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of safety nursing management in the treatment of myopia patients with excimer laser refractive surgery can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and satisfaction of nursing work.
