质量控制小组管理模式对手术室护理管理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨质量控制小组在手术室中的应用价值。方法:2018年1月设置6个质控小组,在构建科护士长、护士长、质控员、专科组长质量控制体系基础上,开展全过程、全方位的护理质量控制,观察干预前后相关指标。结果:干预后高危及普通药物外渗、器械数量不符、急救箱药品不全、漏签医嘱、重要仪器设备损坏、手术患者出现压疮、手术物品准备不齐均显著低于干预前,干预后文书质量检查组、管理质量检查组、消毒隔离组、压疮组、教学组、五常法组平均得分均显著高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室应用质控小组可实现质量管理的制度化、标准化,增强护理质量和管理效能。Objective:To explore the application value of quality control group in operating room.Methods:In January 2018,we set up 6 quality control teams,based on the construction of the quality control system of chief head nurses,head nurses,quality controllers,and specialty team leaders,the whole process and all-round nursing quality control was carried out,and the relevant indicators before and after the intervention were observed.Results:After the intervention,the extravasation of high risk and common drugs,the discrepancy in the number of instruments,the incomplete medicine in the first aid kit,the omission of doctor’s orders,the damage of important instruments and equipment,the occurrence of pressure sores in surgical patients and the uneven preparation of surgical materials were significantly lower than those before intervention.After the intervention,the average scores of the document quality inspection group,the management quality inspection group,the disinfection and isolation group,the pressure sore group,the teaching group and the 5 s management group were significantly higher than before the intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quality control team in operating room can realize the systematization and standardization of quality management,and enhance the nursing quality and management efficiency.
