摘　　要：目的:探讨抗肿瘤药物不合理医嘱用药情况,并提出对策以提高临床合理用药。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月经临床药师审核的抗肿瘤药物全部医嘱190 540条,对抗肿瘤药物不合理医嘱进行统计,并提出解决对策。结果:190 540条用药医嘱中,不合理医嘱1 020条,不合理用药率为0.54%。分析临床抗肿瘤药物的不合理医嘱发生原因包括溶剂用量不合理、医嘱提交不合理、溶剂选择不合理、药品规格选择不合理、给药途径不合理等。结论:通过药师对抗肿瘤药物不合理医嘱的干预与改善,其不合理用药情况明显降低,为临床用药的安全性、有效性与经济性提供了有力的保障与参考。Objective:To explore the situation of irrational doctor's advice of anti-tumor drugs and put forward countermeasures to improve clinical rational drug use.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,190540 cases of doctor's advice for anti-tumor drugs which reviewed by clinical pharmacists were selected,the cases of irrational doctor's advice for anti-tumor drugs were statistics and the solutions were put forward.Results:Of the 190540 cases of doctor's advice,1020 cases were irrational and the irrational rate was 0.54%.The reasons of irrational doctor's advice for clinical anti-tumor drugs included irrational amount of solvent,irrational submission of doctor's advice,irrational choice of solvent,irrational selection of drug specifications and irrational route of administration.Conclusion:Through the intervention and improvement of pharmacist's irrational doctor's advice,the situation of irrational drug use is obviously reduced,it provides a strong guarantee and reference for the safety,effectiveness and economy of clinical drug use.
