摘　　要：目的:探究将血清降钙素原应用于指导治疗老年心衰合并肺炎患者的临床价值。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治老年心衰合并肺炎患者78例,随机分为两组,各39例。对照组采用常规抗感染治疗,试验组在血清降钙素原水平指导下进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后C反应蛋白、血沉水平及抗生素应用疗程、住院时间、住院费用均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清降钙素原应用于指导治疗老年心衰合并肺炎患者,可以有效降低C反应蛋白与血沉水平,缩短治疗时间。Objective:To explore the clinical value of serum procalcitonin in anti-infective therapy in elderly patients with heart failure and pneumonia.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,78 elderly patients with heart failure and pneumonia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional anti-infection therapy and the experimental group was treated with the guidance of serum procalcitonin level.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of C reactive protein and ESR in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the course of antibiotics,the length of stays and the costs of hospitalization were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The guidance program of serum procalcitonin for the treatment of elderly people with heart failure and pneumonia can effectively reduce the levels of C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate and shorten the treatment time.
