摘　　要：文章探讨冠状动脉异常起源伴发室上速的临床意义。收治1例患者因反复胸闷1 d,入院肌钙蛋白明显升高,心电图有动态变化,当时考虑急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS),经积极治疗,完善冠状动脉造影检查提示左冠状动脉起源于右冠状动脉窦,了解发生原因及回顾相关文献资料。冠状动脉异常起源,左冠状动脉起源于右冠状动脉窦,是临床较少的心血管畸形,部分患者有猝死危险。This paper discusses the clinical significance of abnormal origin of coronary artery associated with supraventricular tachycardia.A patient admitted to hospital due to repeated chest tightness for 1 day,the troponin increased significantly,electrocardiogram changed dynamically,considered ACS at that time.After active treatment,improved coronary angiography indicated that the left coronary artery originated from the right coronary sinus,to understand the causes and review the relevant literature.Abnormal origin of coronary artery,left coronary artery originated from right coronary sinus is less clinical cardiovascular malformation,part of cases are at the risk of sudden death.
