社区门诊胰岛素起始治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析社区门诊胰岛素起始治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法:2016年3月-2019年1月收治2型糖尿病患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组给予格列吡嗪控释片联合阿卡波糖治疗,研究组给予精蛋白重组人胰岛素混合注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组空腹C肽、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖等指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区门诊应用胰岛素起始治疗2型糖尿病,可帮助患者改善各临床指标水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of insulin initiation in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in community outpatient.Methods:From March 2016 to January 2019,68 patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glipizide controlled-release tablets combined with acarbose.The study group was treated with protamine recombinant human insulin mixed injection.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The indicators levels of C peptide with empty stomach,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood glucose with empty stomach in the study group were better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of insulin initiation in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in community outpatient can help patients to improve the level of clinical indicators.
