摘　　要：目的:比较复方氟米松软膏与卤米松软膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:2018年11月-2019年4月收治慢性湿疹患者78例,分为两组。A组实施复方氟米松软膏治疗,B组采用卤米松软膏治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:A组治疗总有效率显著优于B组,复发率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性湿疹患者实施复方氟米松软膏治疗效果优于卤米松软膏。Objective:To compare the clinical effect of compound flumisone ointment and halomisone ointment in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods:From November 2018 to April 2019,78 patients with chronic eczema were admitted,they were divided into the two groups.The group A was treated with compound flumisone ointment.The group B was treated with halometasone ointment.The curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the group A was significantly higher than that of the group B,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of compound flumisone ointment on chronic eczema is better than that of halomisone ointment.
