痛经安汤联合发泡疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究运用痛经安汤与发泡疗法联合治疗原发性痛经患者的临床疗效。方法:2018年2月-2019年4月收治原发性痛经患者110例,分为两组,各55例。观察组采用痛经安汤联合发泡疗法治疗,对照组采用常规西药治疗。比较两组效果。结果:观察组总有效率及精神健康、精力、一般状况、躯体功能、生理职能、社会功能、情感功能、生理功能等各指标评分均明显高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用痛经安汤与发泡疗法联合治疗原发性痛经患者,不仅能提高治疗效果,降低患者的疼痛程度,还可改善生活质量。Objective:To explore the clinical experience of Tongjing'an decoction combined with foaming therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:From February 2018 to April 2019,110 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Tongjing'an decoction combined with foaming therapy.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the VAS pain score was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of mental health,energy,general condition,physical function,physiological function,social function,emotional function and physiological function of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using Tongjing'an decoction combined with foaming therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea patients can not only improve the treatment effect,reduce the pain symptoms of patients,but also improve the quality of life.
